Auger - The Ruffy 2000 - Carbide Tipped
The Ruffy 2000
(Carbide-Tipped)
The Ruffy 2000 will allow you to drill through wood piling into concrete.
The RUFFY 2000 is a general purpose ruff-in wood boring installer bit. Designed for use with electric, battery, hydraulic, or pneumatic power tools - the 7/16" hex shank enables the RUFFY 2000 to be used in power tools that have a quick change chuck or a three-jaw jacob's chuck. The spear point carbide cutting tip is capable of drilled wood, metal lath, cinder block, fiber glass, and glued laminates and allows the RUFFY 2000 to be used in applications that require a bit that is not self feeding. The RUFFY 2000 is ideal for electrical conduit or structured wiring ruff-ins. The Ruffy will outlast ordinary non-carbide tipped drill bits in almost any application reducing the number of times you have to change out a bit - important when production and quality are of the essence. The RUFFY 2000 will drill through nails embedded in wood construction or creosote power poles without damage to the cutting tip.
